Terms and Conditions

By using the EBO Digital Store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The buyer will receive a completely new account with the subscription they purchased.
  2. Delivery will be made within 24 hours after the product has been redeemed. During this time period, the customer has no right to claim the product as we are working hard to deliver it as soon as possible.
  3. The accounts we deliver come with a warranty equal to one-third of the subscription period, with a minimum warranty of one month. For example, if your subscription lasts 18 months, the warranty will be 6 months. If your subscription lasts 12 months, the warranty will be 4 months. However, if the subscription period is 1 month, the warranty will still be 1 month. This applies to any subscription duration accordingly.
  4. The customer is responsible for the account we deliver, meaning that they must take the necessary steps to keep it secure (such as changing the password, enabling two-factor authentication, and any other measure they deem necessary).
  5. For any inquiries, you can contact us via email at support@ebodigitalstore.com, and we will respond as soon as possible.
  6. We do not take responsibility for any misuse of the account after it has been delivered. The customer must ensure that the account is used in accordance with the provider's policies.
  7. Any attempt to reverse the charge or dispute the payment will result in the cancellation of the product delivery and may lead to legal action.
